We have been working with Ekaya Housing Association since October 2008 to carry out their annual Gas Appliance Safety Inspection and completion of Gas Safety Certificates CP12, Planned and Preventative Maintenance and Servicing, Responsive Repairs and Replacements. We also cover their Emergency Call outs and Repairs, Voids and other works associated with gas red heating appliances and installations within their 295 units.
Our efficient operations have enabled us to achieve 100% compliance against the agreed Key Performance Indicators.
