The Hapimag Hotel is a prestigious building located in the West End of London. We are retained by the client to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance to Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Cold Water Booster Pumps together with Reactive Repairs and the provision of a 24/7 365 Day Emergency Service.
In addition to working to a PPM Schedule, we have carried out quoted works to overcome inherent problems with the original installation, including the installation of a new Hot Water Service buer vessel together with pipework alterations and also the upgrading of the Cold Water Booster Set.
All works were carefully programmed to avoid disruption to facilities for the hotels guests.
