MEH Facilities Ltd Launched a new client service in 2009. Using the latest high resolution cameras, we now also provide a 'Predictive Maintenance' service in the form of an Infrared Survey.
Using the latest generation of Infrared Technology, this powerful and non destructive technique allows a fast, safe analysis of distribution boards and leaks to electrical equipment and on-site plant.
Thermography is an easy way to find and check pipes and tubes for leaks. Even when water pipes are laid in the floor or under plaster, heat radiates through the surface and patterns can easily be detected with Infrared.
A simple, non-destructive, survey can be carried out annually to asses performance or the need for any necessary repairs.
The use of Thermography, coupled with a Planned Preventative Maintenance regime across all Mechanical & Electrical Services can identify sources of potential failure and enable the required remedial works to be carried out on a planned basis instead of being scheduled as emergency work.

An on-site day can reveal several anomalies - each one of which could potentially be a cause of fire or present an imminent downtime risk.
