Senior Projects M&E Project Engineer (biased mechanical)
Experienced Engineer with Enthusiasm, Ambitions and Drive to head up and develop this department from its existing £2m base. At present our works values are between £15k and £750k with the average around £130k. We want to achieve a rapid pattern of growth and profitability, enhancing our reputation for reliability and quality and creating 'you' as 'The Chief of Projects'. You would be responsible for at least the following:

Quantity Surveyor (M&E)
Experienced QS to take complete control of costs and programmes, growth and profitability for Projects and Service & Maintenance Operations. You would be responsible for at least the following.

Certification of Time Sheets, Suppliers Accounts and Sub-Contractors Claims

Valuations, Variations and Claims

Development of Customer Relations (Social & Business)

Estimator
Experienced Mechanical / Plumbing and Public Health Estimator to under take the below on Projects ranging from £15k - £1m.

Extraction of details and plant from specifications

Negotiations & Management of Suppliers and Sub Contractors offers

Management of external estimators when used

Development of Tender for adjudication with Senior Management

Final Submission of Tender

Preparation of Buying / Shopping List

Placement of Orders following negotiations for 'better buying'

Attending Tender Analysis, Pre Contract Meetings and Site Meetings (where required)

Induction of contract to MEH Project Team

Direction with H&S Officer for File Development of Method Statements and Risks
