The services we provide We have been working with Soho Housing Association since June 2005 initially on a three year Measured Term Contract, to carry out Annual Servicing and Reactive Maintenance to Gas Appliances and associated systems in Domestic Properties located in and around central London.
Our efficient operations have enabled us to gain 100% Compliance in Landlords Gas Safety Certification on behalf of Soho Housing Association. Our electronic records and web access to our database enable them to view real time information regarding their service and repairs. We now adopt a partnered approach to working with Soho Housing Association.
