The Jenny Hammond Primary School is an existing building; the works comprise of a 100m2 extension block to facilitate the new staff room, offices and reprographics and the refurbishment of part of the existing building.
The extension block accommodates new bathroom and kitchen facilities with services extended from the existing building. The refurbishment of the existing building includes the stripping out and installation of new W.C’s and tea stations in new locations and associated works in relocating facilities.
We are responsible for undertaking the mechanical installations; above ground drainage, below ground drainage, domestic hot and cold water, rainwater, gas servicing, heating and ventilation.
